Haru Music Agency
The name Haru comes from the Japanese word 春, meaning “spring”: a season of movement, renewal and new beginnings. It reflects an agency created to open new paths for artists, develop lasting opportunities and turn artistic encounters into concrete live experiences.
Haru Music Agency was founded in 2026 with a clear ambition: to represent internationally minded artists with care, precision and a strong understanding of what happens on both sides of the stage.
What we do
This includes booking and artist representation, fee negotiation, contract coordination, tour development, venue research, production follow-up, logistical preparation and tour management. The agency works primarily with festivals, music venues, SMACs, cultural organisations and independent promoters looking for distinctive live projects and reliable artistic partners.
Haru does not approach booking as a simple exchange of availability, technical information and fees. A concert only works when the artistic proposal, the venue, the audience and the production conditions are considered together. This is why the agency can also build broader tailor-made formats: multi-date touring routes, artist residencies, special collaborations, curated line-ups and projects developed specifically for a territory, a venue or a festival.
Every project is shaped around the artistic vision, the venue and its audience.
Whether the mission is to find the right date for an artist, build a coherent tour, create an encounter between musicians, or support a partner from the first idea to the final show, Haru aims to make each step clear, workable and artistically meaningful.
Our approach
The agency combines an artist’s perspective with a practical understanding of the live sector, informed by experience across performance, festival programming, production and concert photography. This allows Haru to listen carefully to every stakeholder, anticipate the realities behind a booking and build solutions that are both artistically meaningful and operationally sound.
Haru values reliable communication, collaborative work and long-term relationships. We do not simply place artists on stages; we build the context in which artists, partners and audiences can meet with purpose.
