The HARU agency

HARU Music Agency supports live music projects with particular attention to artistic coherence, presentation quality, and building trust between artists, venues, and programmers.

Our mission

Our mission is to support artists in reaching the most relevant stages, at the right moments and under optimal conditions, while streamlining and securing the work of programmers.

HARU builds realistic tour schedules, prepares the necessary presentation materials — including photos, biographies, and EPKs — coordinates technical aspects with venues, and ensures that all stakeholders have the right information at the right time.

What we stand for

HARU works with projects centered on live music — jazz, blues, contemporary music, and creative productions — with particular attention to stage performance, sound quality, and visual coherence.

The agency prioritizes projects that carry clear artistic intent on stage: well-prepared artists, coherent proposals, and long-term collaborations built with venues and programmers.

An experience-based approach

HARU was founded by Éric Dalele, a photographer and musician based in Luxembourg.

Professional photographer specialized in street, architecture, and live music photography, and author of the book Imitation of Life published in 2023, Éric has developed a keen eye for imagery, presence, and the overall coherence of an artistic project.

In parallel, his background as a corporate and life coach, supported by a master’s degree in coaching, brings a human-centered approach to HARU: attentive listening, clear goal setting, transition management, and high-quality relationships.

A musician himself, jazz singer and flugelhorn player, he also understands from the inside the realities of the stage and artists’ expectations.
